Lead times

Orders are produced to your purchase order, and production and ship windows are confirmed with your order confirmation. If a date matters for your floor set or an event, note it on your PO and we will confirm whether we can meet it before the order is placed into production.

How orders ship

Goods travel in protective cartons, and the shipping method is matched to the size of your order. Carrier and tracking details are confirmed with your order confirmation and sent when your order leaves.

Shipping charges

Any freight charge is stated on your order confirmation before the order goes into production, so nothing on the invoice is a surprise. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Where we ship

We ship to commercial addresses in the United States. Tell us where you need goods delivered when you send your PO and we will confirm the route and the cost before you commit: contact us with anything unusual. Freight deliveries need a physical commercial address, not a P.O. box.

When your order arrives

• Count cartons against the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing.
• Note any visible damage or shortage on the delivery receipt at the door.
• Keep the original packaging until the contents check out.
• Report damage, defects, or shortages within 7 days of delivery: see Returns & Claims.
