Our minimum is 200 units per order, and you can mix any styles and sizes to reach it. You place orders by purchase order, so there’s no card checkout.
How do I get pricing?
Wholesale pricing lives on a private line sheet: a PDF with pricing, SKUs, and minimums, matched exactly to this catalog. Request it from the Place a PO page. We read every request ourselves and send the sheet to retailers who are a fit, so it is not an automatic download.
What kind of margin can we expect?
The line is priced factory-direct, with no importer or distributor markup in between, so the spread between wholesale and retail is wider than a comparable imported line. The line sheet prints the wholesale price and the minimum advertised price (MAP) side by side for every SKU, so you can run your own numbers before you commit.
Do you offer private label or custom production?
Yes. We run private-label programs under your own label, and customization on colors, fabrics, and sizes. Custom and private-label runs carry their own minimums and lead times, so tell us what you have in mind and we’ll scope it before you commit.
Do you sell to the public or online?
No. Sage and Stone is a wholesale line for retailers. There’s no public pricing and no consumer checkout.
How do I place an order?
Use the on-site purchase-order form: add your business details, ship-to, and line items, and it enforces the order minimum as you go. On submit, you and our team both receive a confirmation. See How to Order for the full flow.
What are your payment terms?
Payment and invoicing are handled offline and confirmed with your order. Specific terms are shared at order confirmation.
What are production and shipping lead times?
Typical production and ship windows are shared when we confirm your purchase order.
How is this different from a lower-priced bed?
A lot of budget beds use low-density fill and thin fabric with covers that do not come off, so they flatten and get replaced. The beds and sofas here are built the other way, on high-density memory foam, in velvet and wipe-clean vegan leather meant to sit in a living room rather than hide in a corner. Construction varies by piece, and every product page lists the exact materials for that item.
Are the covers washable?
It depends on the fabric. Velvet covers lift off and go in the machine. Vegan-leather and PU pieces wipe clean with a damp cloth and are not machine washable. Some pieces include a second washable cover or liner so one is always in rotation. Each product page lists the fabric for that piece, what is in the carton, and how to care for it.
How do the fabrics handle liquids?
Two fabric families run through the line. Velvet is soft and breathable, and the fabric itself is not waterproof, so several pieces carry a water-resistant lining or backing under the cover and the cover comes off for washing. Vegan-leather and PU pieces have a wipe-clean surface that resists liquids. We describe both as liquid-resistant rather than waterproof, and each product page names the fabric and the construction for that piece.
Are these suitable for large dogs?
Sizing is stated per piece rather than across the line. The car seat is a small-dog booster intended for breeds up to 30 pounds. The kennel liner runs from a cat and toy-breed size up to extra large. Every product page lists the size range that piece is designed for, and for most pieces our maker states a load rating we can share when you ask about a specific item.
Can you provide compliance documentation?
Fabric test reports covering heavy metals and phthalates are available on request. California Prop 65 testing can be arranged on request and is set up when your order is confirmed. Flame-retardant construction is also available on request; it uses a different fabric and is quoted separately. Tell us what your state or your own buyer requires and we’ll confirm in writing what we can supply before you commit.
What if a piece arrives damaged or defective?
Every piece is inspected before it ships, and we replace confirmed quality issues. Send photos and your order reference to the contact on your confirmation email and we’ll confirm the resolution in writing.
What is your production capacity, and can you handle reorders?
Our maker runs multiple standardized production lines with a stable monthly output of 8,000 to 10,000 units on regular models, and can allocate across facilities for large seasonal runs. Reorders and seasonal volume are planned ahead of the season, and we confirm quantity and a ship date in writing before you commit. If you’re planning something larger than a normal reorder, tell us early so we can scope it before you place the order.
Can I see the range in person?
We’ll be at SuperZoo in Las Vegas, August 10 to 12, 2026.Reach out and we’ll arrange a time to walk the line together.
