Sage and Stone began the way a lot of good products do: with someone who saw the problem up close, every day.
Teresa spent years as a groomer, with a dog on her table and its bed at home always on her mind. The nice-looking beds fell apart or couldn’t be washed; the practical ones were an eyesore. Nothing managed to be both beautiful and built for real life with an animal.
What started as sketches became a line: furniture-grade velvet over high-density memory foam, with covers that lift off to wash and a lining that keeps liquid off the foam. Pieces meant to sit in the room like furniture, and to stand up to everyday life with an animal.
To build them properly, Teresa partnered with a manufacturing studio that produces every bed to her specification. Designed here, made to last, and held to the standard a luxury retailer expects on the shelf.
Today, Sage and Stone sells direct and in bulk to retailers, distributors, and private-label programs who want something considered: beds their customers will notice, and keep.
