Who we are

This website is run by Sage & Stone Pets LLC (“Sage and Stone,” “we” or “us”). Questions about this policy, or about the details we hold for you, go through our contact page.

What we collect and why

We only collect what you type into a form, and we use it for that request:

• Purchase orders: your name, business name, email, phone if you give it, your store’s website, your resale certificate number, the ship-to address, the items and any message. We use them to confirm, invoice and ship the order.
• Line sheet requests: your name, business name, email, phone if you give it, your store’s website, store type, location and any message. We use them to check the request comes from a store and to send you our wholesale pricing.
• Contact form: your name, email, your business name and phone if you give them, and your message, so we can answer you.
• Trade updates: your email, if you sign up in the footer or tick the box on a form, so we can send news a few times a season.

This site takes no payments and asks for no card details.

If a page fails to load properly in your browser, the site reports the error and the page address to us so we can fix it. That report carries no personal details.

Analytics and cookies

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It does not use cookies and does not identify you. This site sets no cookies of its own.

Who handles it for us

• Vercel hosts the site. Like any web host, its servers log basic request details, such as your IP address, for security and troubleshooting.
• Resend delivers form messages to our inbox and keeps our trade updates list.
• Airtable stores orders and requests so none get lost.
• Ahrefs provides the visitor statistics described above.
• Faire: if you order through our shop on Faire, Faire handles that order under its own privacy policy.

We also share an order’s details with the people who make and ship it, and only for that order.

We don’t sell your data

We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages, requests and orders for as long as we need them to work with you and keep our business records. Ask us and we will delete what we don’t need to keep.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them or to delete them, and you can ask to come off the trade updates list at any time. Send the request through our contact page.

Children

This site is for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date below.
